Service Description
- 50 minute initial evaluation to review health history, discuss goals, assess movement patterns and mechanics, obtain initial objective baseline measures, and develop a plan of care - 16 individually customized exercise routines. 2 exercise routines will be provided each week and gradually progressed and modified for 8 weeks - 20 minute weekly check-in calls to assess response to exercise, review technique and stay on track - Best for very motivated individuals that are looking to improve their overall wellness and fitness, have a nagging or recurrent injury, or are primarily independent but looking for some guidance on how to move to improve!
